B) ARTC Updates Only​ – 2 choices
The ARTC proficiency will cover all components needed for your dry land skills for Bronze; you will not need to attend a separate Dry land skills proficiency for Bronze.

For proficiencies at 11am, these will be conducted as part of the weekly Sunday Morning swim.
